Welcoming children aged 3 to 5 years
Lyrebird Preschool offers places to children aged 3 to 5 years, with enrolment beginning by adding your child’s name to our waiting list. As places fill quickly, we encourage families to complete a waiting list application as early as possible.
We offer preschool tours in the year before your child turns three, or as vacancies arise. Tours are a wonderful opportunity to explore the preschool environment, meet our educators, and learn more about our values, philosophy and approach.

Operating hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm (during NSW school terms only).
Attendance Options:
2-day attendance: Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday
3-day attendance: Monday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Friday
Fees and Government Support:
Lyrebird Preschool is funded by the NSW Department of Education. Families may be eligible for fee relief through the Start Strong Affordable Preschool initiative, which offers up to 600 hours of subsidised preschool per year (equivalent to 15 hours per week).
